Book My Desk was born in 2023 to simplify and improve the efficiency of desk booking in hybrid and flexible work environments. The goal is to make the booking process easy, fast, and accessible to everyone. From the very beginning, I designed the UX and UI to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience. The app allows users to reserve their ideal workstation with just a few clicks, helping them stay organized, focused, and stress-free. With a clean and user-friendly interface, Book My Desk turns office planning into a simple and pleasant daily habit.

During my professional journey, I worked at Walk2Talk (later Resolve), two Microsoft partner companies, where I learned to design applications and intranet sites using Microsoft’s low-code technologies. This experience allowed me to develop efficient, scalable, and tailored digital solutions for business needs. With Book My Desk, I applied these skills to create a tool perfectly integrated into the modern work environment. The app was embedded within Microsoft Teams to ensure users have quick, simple, and familiar access. The goal was to make desk booking not only intuitive but also a natural part of the tools already used in daily work life.
